REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at RAGAZZA. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days.
  • The product is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product isn’t used or damaged.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us by email at info@shopragazza.com to inform us of your desire to return the product. You may need to complete a return form or provide details of your purchase.

  2. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges
